On the threshold of the 115th anniversary Tomsk State Pedagogical University is preparing to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the journal "Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin", the first issues of which were published in 1997. On the threshold of the 115th anniversary Tomsk State Pedagogical University is preparing to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the journal "Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin", the first issues of which were published in 1997. The publication appeared as a supplement to the journal "Obrazovaniye Sibiri" (Education of Siberia) of Siberian branch of the Russian Academy of Education and initially was issued only three times per year (Issue 1 – January 1997, Issue 2 – April 1997, Issue 3 - November 1997). On January 30, 1998 the journal received a certificate of registration of mass media, since when it has been issued as a separate scientific publication. In 1998 already 6 issues were published. In 2002 for the first time the journal was included in the List of peer-reviewed scientific publications publishing the basic scientific results of dissertations for the scientific degree of candidate and doctor of science. Currently "TSPU Bulletin" is highly sought by the scientific community. Authors not only from Russia, but also from Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Britain, Germany, Greece, Iran, Spain, Italy, China, Norway, Poland, Slovakia, USA, France, Spain, Japan and the former CIS countries publish their works in it. The site of the journal is visited by authors from more than 50 countries.
