| 1 | There is a problem of emotional fatigue of society in the modern city that was caused by plenty of visual information. In this paper author analyzes the characteristics of visual perception of urban environment: apathy, irritability, anger, scopophilia and phenomenon of the clipped look. Repressive advertisement makes some problems, which author proposes to solve by visual ecology.
